Whole Nutrition New Zealand

These Terms & Conditions apply to all nutrition coaching and strength services providedby Whole Nutrition New Zealand (“Whole Nutrition”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By enrolling in any Whole Nutrition programme, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Programme Structure

All Whole Nutrition programmes are sold as 16 coaching check-ins, not a fixed calendar duration of 16 weeks.

Check-ins are delivered weekly once the programme commences and form the core deliverable of the coaching service.

If a client does not submit a check-in for a given week, that check-in is considered missed and is not automatically carried over unless agreed in advance in writing by Whole Nutrition.

Whole Nutrition will notify clients when they have two (2) check-ins remaining in their programme.

 

2. Billing & Subscription Terms

Allprogrammes operate as an ongoing weekly subscription, unless paid upfront.

Weekly billing will continue until:

  • All 16 coaching     check-ins have been completed, or
  • The client formally cancels their programme in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and any applicable exit fee has been paid.

If a client stops submitting check-ins and Whole Nutrition does not receive writtencommunication from the client, billing will continue as normal.

Non-engagement, missed check-ins, or lack of communication does not constitute cancellation.

 

3. Cancellations & Exit Fees (Subscription Payments)

If a client wishes to finish their programme before completing all 16 check-ins and is paying via weekly subscription, they must notify Whole Nutrition in writing.

The following exit fees apply to subscription-based programmes:

  • Nutrition coaching programmes: $200
  • Strength add-on programmes: $75

Exit fees are payable at the time of cancellation and are required to formally close the programme and stop ongoing billing.

A programme is not considered cancelled until:

  • Written notice has been received, and
  • The applicable exit fee has been paid in full.

If no cancellation request is received, payments will continue to roll over as part of the ongoing weekly subscription.

 

4. Upfront Payments & Refunds

Clients whochoose to pay for their programme upfront are committing to the full programme in advance.

If a programme is paid for upfront:

  • No exit fee will apply if the client chooses to finish early
  • The client will not be eligible for a refund for any unused or remaining check-ins

Upfront payments are non-refundable, including in cases of non-engagement, missed check-ins, or early completion.

5. Pauses, Holds & Time Off

Programme pauses or holds are not automatic and must be requested and approved inadvance.

Approved pauses are granted at the discretion of Whole Nutrition and may allow remaining check-ins to be completed at a later date.

Retroactive pauses will not be applied.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Submitting check-ins on     time
  • Communicating any changes, concerns, or requests
  • Maintaining up-to-date payment details
  • Reading and understanding these Terms & Conditions

Failure to engage or communicate does not release the client from their payment obligations.

 

7. Non-Payment & Debt Recovery

If payments are missed, declined, or remain outstanding, Whole Nutrition reserves the right to:

  • Suspend coaching services
  • Refer the outstanding balance to a debt collection agency

Any costs incurred in recovering outstanding payments, including debt collection fees,may be added to the amount owing.

Non-payment may impact the client’s personal credit rating.

 

8. Changes to Terms

Whole Nutrition reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The most current version will always be available on our website and will apply to all programmes moving forward.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms& Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.

 

10. Client Acknowledgement

By enrolling in a Whole Nutrition programme, you acknowledge that:

  • The programme is based on the completion of 16 coaching check-ins, not a fixed calendar timeframe
  • Billing will continue unless the programme is completed or formally cancelled in line with these Terms & Conditions
  • Upfront payments are non-refundable
