What should I expect?
Once you have completed the signup process, our Head Nutritionist will be notified and within 24-48 hours you will receive your start up package and new meal plan. Your plan will be tailored to your specific needs, each plan will vary depending on your body type, lifestyle, goals, dietary requirements, medical history and physical activity levels. When building your meal plan these factors are all taken into careful consideration.
What happens once I reach my goal?
The Whole Nutrition team will support you in finding systems that work for you long-term to assist you in maintaining your results.
Depending on your journey and your goals, this might be a reverse diet i.e. slowly increasing your daily energy intake and reducing your output, or it could involve including variety and flexibility through lifestyle factors. Either way, we recommend working through this phase of your journey with the team to ensure that when you leave the program you have the tools to maintain your results.
We promote balanced & Sustainable eating habits
Whole Nutrition promotes balanced and sustainable eating habits. We want to provide you with a meal plan that incorporates the foods you love while also keeping you on track to achieving your goals. While working with us, you will be expected to check in weekly with your Nutritionist. This is our way of keeping you accountable and motivated on a more frequent basis. It also gives you the opportunity to tell us what is and isn't working on you plan so that we can make all the necessary changes.
After the first few weeks working with us and the Nutritionist is happy with the progress being made, a cheat meal will be added in for enjoyment on the weekends. We understand that following a food plan can be challenging—having a meal off to look forward to on the weekends allows clients to reset and satisfy any cravings they may be having. Our goal at Whole Nutrition is to make sure that your experience with us is enjoyable and non-restrictive.
