By signing up, you acknowledge that our programmes are based on the completion of 16 check-ins rather than a fixed calendar timeframe, and that billing will continue unless the programme is completed or formally cancelled in line with our Terms & Conditions. Upfront payments are non-refundable. Subscription programmes may be cancelled early subject to an exit fee of $200 (nutrition) or $75 (strength add-on).
